ITWorlEdu, the main event in ICT applied to education in Catalunya, is looking for speakers to participate in its seventh edition, which will be held on 25 and 26 February 2015. The meeting, promoted by the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Barcelona City Council, Barcelona Mobile World Capital and the Edutech Cluster, will be focused on innovative methodologies and emerging technologies that are being progressively introduced in the education sector.
Among other activities, ITWorldEdu will have a series of conferences and roundtables where education professionals will speak and debate on the impact and the advancement of new technologies in education. The organization has launched a Call for Papers to all those who have a proposal to present their ideas about any subject that fits within the framework of education and new technologies.
Specifically, those who want to participate as speakers of the next edition should make proposals related to some of the most innovative educational experiences related to: mobile devices (mSchools, Mobile Learning Awards), active learning through programming and robotics, as well as other metedologias with the support of ICTS.
Want to share your experience with the rest of the educational community? The organization invites members of the educational community (teachers, principals of schools, teachers responsible for ICT) and educational technology companies to present their best practices in these fields. If you are interested in participating you must prepare your proposal and register for the Call for Speakers before January 15th, 2015.
In its latest edition, ITWordEdu brought together more than 400 people in the field of education and business. In addition, the event featured 26 speakers, seven national experts and two international speakers.
