Gastronomy
Gastronomy is another highlight of BEAT BARCELONA. Throughout the day, food will be served in its two bars, prepared by Cuina Justa with local products.
The 'Blue Barcelona' menu will offer visitors one of the city’s most traditional and highly valued dishes, fideuà, with both a fish and vegetarian option.
The 'Bikini Barcelona' menu will offer one of the city’s star products, inspired by the famous dance hall, Sala Bikini.
It will also feature local D.O. wines, Estrella Damm beer and healthy options such as salads and fruit.
The unlimited creativity of the Roca Brothers arrives at BEAT BARCELONA with a gastronomic proposal that will delight those with a sweet tooth: Rocambolesc and Casa Cacao.
Freedom, freshness, radicalism and extremism… the Roca Brothers like to play on the edge, with irreverence and breaking the mould. Aromas, travels and memories become an ice cream in their Rocambolesco range of desserts and ice creams. A sweet world of fantasy with its own identity and a guarantee of top quality, this is the gastronomic concept the Roca family brings to BEAT BARCELONA.
Chocolate lovers will be able to enjoy Casa Cacao’s chocolate with cocoa selected at source, made organically, preserving the original aromas in its workshop. A journey back to the origin of chocolate that will surprise every guest.
The Roca Brothers have three Michelin stars and their restaurant has been chosen as the 2nd best in the world by Restaurando magazine on numerous occasions.
This year’s BEAT BARCELONA is a unique space entirely designed and inspired by Barcelona. With this objective in mind, we have chosen to recreate the Barcelona coastline, from Besòs to El Llobregat, based on the urban innovation map of the Green Deal 2030, featuring some of the most unique and characteristic elements of the city.
- The three Chimneys of Besòs
- Ciutadella park
- Montjuic mountain
- The port of Barcelona
The content and activities of BEAT BARCELONA will be located in the different areas, designed to convey the spirit and attractions of the city to the MWC23 attendees and generating a bespoke experience in a unique space.
