The Internal Information Channel is a tool available to all individuals who have a professional or collaborative relationship with Fundació Barcelona Mobile World Capital Foundation (MWCapital). Its purpose is to facilitate the reporting of potential irregularities, regulatory breaches, or misconduct that may occur within the organisation.

In accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, on the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and on the fight against corruption, this system guarantees confidentiality, the possibility of anonymity, protection against retaliation, and respect for the rights of all parties involved, including the right to defence and the presumption of innocence.

• JUDILEX S.L. (CIF: B66569435), as Compliance Officer of MWCapital, by award.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data (GDPR).
• Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
