Governing Bodies

Highest governing body. Composed of a maximum of twenty-five members, it meets periodically at the call of its President. It has all the powers to intervene in all matters related to the representation, control and supervision of the management of the foundation. It delegates most of its control and supervisory powers to the Executive Committee.

Executive Committee

Delegated body of the Board of Trustees responsible for supervising and controlling the Foundation’s activity. Composed of a maximum of seven members, it meets at least once before each Board of Trustees and whenever necessary in order to adopt the corresponding resolutions in compliance with its attributions.

Delegated Committee

Delegated body of the Board of Trustees responsible for carrying out the specific monitoring of the “Mobile Acceleration Hub” project (or also, the “mVenturesBcn” project). Composed of a maximum of seven members, it meets at least every four months to supervise the development of the mVenturesBCN project and adopt, where appropriate, the appropriate resolutions, constituting for this purpose the headquarters of the General Shareholders’ Meeting.
