Upskilling Week

Upskilling Week is an initiative by the Mobile World Capital Foundation, in collaboration with Barcelona Activa, created to boost the most in-demand digital and technological skills through an intensive week of hands-on workshops, immersive experiences, and sessions led by leading industry professionals.

The first edition of Upskilling Week will take place from June 29 to July 2, from Monday to Thursday in the afternoon, at Cibernàrium in Barcelona. During these days, participants will be able to explore areas such as artificial intelligence, software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, management, blockchain, and Edge AI through hands-on workshops focused on applied learning and the creation of real-world projects.

From building AI voice agents, complete SaaS solutions, full-stack applications, or computer vision systems, to leading self-organized teams or tackling quantum cybersecurity crises, Upskilling Week offers learning paths designed for both technical profiles and business leaders who want to update their skills, experiment with new technologies, and connect with Barcelona’s digital and innovation ecosystem.
