MWCapital and the Cecot join forces to encourage the digital transformation of Catalan SMEs

Mobile World Capital Barcelona Foundation (MWCapital) and the Cecot, the multisectoral employers association of small and medium-sized enterprises that seeks to promote and champion the interests of Catalan SMEs, have signed a collaboration agreement that will boost innovation and the digital transformation of the Catalan business fabric. The Cecot is thus placing its trust in MWCapital as a strategic ally on account of its experience in the technological transformation and adaptation of different sectors.

By this agreement, both parties agree to create new areas of collaboration to improve people’s quality of life through mobile technology and to turn Barcelona into the digital hub for SMEs. They will also work together on MWCapital’s GoingDigital initiative, a programme with which professionals can acquire both the understanding and vision of the impact of digital technologies on the economy, on business and on society. The Cecot will, therefore, help to take GoingDigital to the next level and will create tailored proposals for its associates.

Lastly, the agreement also envisages the participation of the Cecot at the Foundation’s key events such as the Mobile Lunch and the Mobile Talks.
