Mobile World Capital Barcelona will be present at the Barcelona Deep Tech Summit with the presentation of the second edition of the report “The Deep Tech Spin-off Ecosystem in Spain”, which offers a comprehensive analysis of the technology transfer landscape. The event will take place on 6 November at 10 a.m. in the Ágora Room, Hall 1, Fira de Barcelona – Montjuïc.
Francesc Fajula, CEO of Mobile World Capital Barcelona, and Albert Mascarell, Director of Tech Transfer at the foundation, will present the main findings of the study.
This will be followed by a panel discussion featuring Catalina Martínez, researcher at the Institute of Public Goods and Policies (IPP) of the CSIC; Jordi Berenguer, Vice-Rector for Knowledge Transfer, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC); and Xavier Guillem, CEO of OneCareAi.
The session will highlight the role of deep tech innovation as a driver of competitiveness, sustainability, and knowledge transfer.
