This innovative therapy has the potential to become a versatile platform for future cancer immunotherapies. Initially developed for malignant melanoma, Onconeovac addresses the limitations of current treatments, such as immune checkpoint inhibitors and BRAF inhibitors, which often cause high toxicity, autoimmune reactions, and resistance leading to cancer recurrence.
