Mobile World Capital Barcelona (MWCapital) celebrates the 125th anniversary of Fútbol Club Barcelona (FC Barcelona) through its stand at MWC25. Under the porticoes of its emblematic space is the auditorium, which has 50 seats from the old Camp Nou and which, with its elliptical layout, evokes the structure of the stadium.
After his speech at the Sports Tomorrow Congress, the president of FC Barcelona, Joan Laporta, visited the MWCapital stand, where he participated in the foundation’s tribute to the club’s anniversary.
After visiting the auditorium, Laporta exchanged ball passes with the humanoid robot that this year interacts with visitors in the MWCapital stand. This experience shows the interaction capabilities of these robots and the transformative potential of robotics, which is increasingly present in sectors such as entertainment, security, health, education or assistance to people, among others.
