Barcelona Digital Talent is a public-private alliance built by the main actors of digital ecosystem in Barcelona. It coordinates initiatives aimed to digital talent under a common strategy and promote new projects to boost attraction and generation of new digital talent in Barcelona. The program ensure the right alignment between business needs and digital talent initiatives, helping professionals to develop new digital skills and positioning Barcelona as digital talent world capital.
